HUE - BUDDHISM EXPERIENCE

We will pick you up from your hotel at 1.00 pm for our afternoon tour of Hue. Our driver will briefly stop at Bunker hill, incense and conical hats maker, Tiger Arena before taking you to Tu Duc Emperor’s Tomb, where the Fourth Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty lived and worked for 3 years be fore he passed away.

After the Tomb, we will board the Royal boat to cruise down stream of Perfume River with lots of photo opportunities. You will arrive at the pagoda where you stay overnight in the late afternoon. You will have time to wander around before vegetarian dinner. After dinner, one of the monk will be very happy to talk with you about Buddhism and give you some meditation practice. Bed time in pagoda is usually early.

Waking up early the next day, you will attend the morning pray ceremony with the monk then have breakfast. Our guide will later on take you to the Citadel then back to your hotel.

Note: we have an option of using motorbike (with extra fee) as the main transportation. You will be given a helmet and sit as the passenger. We used those drivers for more than 5 years and the record is really clean. However, read your Travel Insurance policy carefully before you decide to take part in. Booking in advance is required.
