HUE CITY TOUR (Full day)

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8.30 am for our city tour today. We start the day by visiting the Imperial Citadel one of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites. Appointed as the capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 by the Nguyen Dynasty, the Imperial Citadel is the last Royal complex in Vietnam with strong Orient architecture style. 2 hours of walking will take you through Ngo Mon gate, Palace of Harmony, Holy Urns …
Then, our driver will briefly stop at Bunker hill, incense and conical hats maker, Tiger Arena before taking you to Tu Duc Emperor’s Tomb, where the Fourth Emperor of the Nguyen Dynast lived and worked for 3 years be fore he passed away.
Lunch is a unique experience when you can try vegetarian food cooked by nuns in a nunnery nearby. Please expect a late lunch as we’re pretty busy in the morning. However, you will have an easy afternoon on the boat cruising along Perfume River. Boat cruise includes stopping at Thien Mu pagoda, one of the oldest pagoda in Hue, taking us back to town. You will be transferred back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Note: we have an option of using motorbike as the main transportation. You will be given a helmet and sit as the passenger. We used those drivers for more than 5 years and the record is really clean.
