Itinerary in details

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau (L & D)
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8.30 am for  4 hour bus ride through the breathtaking scenery of the Vietnam country side. Rice paddy fields, kids on buffalo … are our main stops for Kodak moments.
Upon arrival, you’ll have free time wandering around or browsing the shops selling local handicraft products. The host will welcome you with a tasty lunch and then you will be off for a boat trip in Ma river (weather permitting). The village at the other side of the river is still untouched by tourists which gives you a great opportunity to see and to understand their culture. We usually have a great fun time with them as, to some of them, it is their fist time to see a “huge” Westerner. Why don’t you try to learn some of the local words to interact with them.
At night, there is an optional activity to join the folk songs and dances performed by the local artists.

Day 2: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B & L)
Wake up to the sound of roosters, you can watch the early life of the village by walking around or pop into the local market. Our guide will take you for another walk to Van village, another chance for further understanding the villagers’ life.
We’ll set off for Hanoi after lunch leaving behind the love and memories of the 2 relaxing days.
We’ll arrival in Hanoi approx. 5.00 pm.
