I’ve worked with Viet Horizon Travel for a couple of years now; the service has been stellar. They have booked both my personal travel and also business travel for groups of faculty members from my university in California. What I really like about Vietnam Horizon is that they do not try to sell you what you don’t need, no high pressure and plenty of honesty and integrity. Just this last trip to Vietnam (I am in Hanoi now), I used them to get a business visa on arrival. It was a simple and painless process and saved me $85USD for a three (3) month visa (previously I applied for visas through the Vietnamese consulate in San Francisco). I highly recommend this travel agency and appreciate the superior service and attention to detail provided by Tan and Neil.

To Tan, Neil and all staff at Viethorizon, we would like to say thank you for the incredible experience we had in Vietnam. It was by far the best family holiday we have had and thanks to the itinerary you and your team put together for us it satisfied us all, mum, dad and the kids. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, explain the history and culture of the country and were always happy to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend any one travelling to Vietnam to book a guided trip through your company, it was worth every cent and we will be back again for more. Keep up the great work!!!! The Acarregui family. |

Yen was perfect. Always there when you needed her, always happy and friendly and always there with the answer to your questions. I can not imagine a better person to have introduced me to Vietnam and I will not only miss the country but will miss Yen as well. Amazing trip, fantastic guide and a stunning country. Not just a holiday but a life-changing experience. A great range of relaxing times and integration with the locals - the perfect combination!
HIGHLIGHTS: There are so many highlights but the motorcycle tour near Hue, the night in Halong bay and the Cooking Class in Hoi An stand out.
LOW POINTS: the low points of the trip were basically things out of the control of the tour guide and Viet Horizon - i.e. bits of rain and noisy hotel neighbours. All part of the experience though! QUOTE: This trip was my first time out of Europe and it totally blew my mind. Our guide was fantastic - so good to have a local guide to take you to all the non-touristy places. I fell in love with Vietnam and will be recommending the country to all my friends! Thanks so much |

Son is a natural at fitting in with people of allages and abilities. He knew when to push the right buttons to get us moving and when to back off and give us our own breathing space. His knowledge and confidence as a leader could not be faulted. I hope Viet Horizon continues toutilise his immense personal skills.
Could not fault the trip - it was most enjoyable and lived up to everything it claimed. I have enjoyed other similar excellent trips (notably Morocco) with another provider - the Vietnam trip was even better! Son, as our outstanding guide certainly enhanced this experience.
PAX QUOTE: Fantastic trip with an excellent mix of both active and other less demanding times over the 22 days. Our group included both youngerand older participants |
Vinh was a fantastic leader. He was very knowledgable, spoke fantastic English and provided us with very useful information. We also felt safe at all times and didn't seem to have a care in the world as Vinh looked out for us at all times. I would highly recommend travelling with Viet Horizon. Everything ran very smoothly and we were very impressed by the inclusions of a trip. The trek in Sapa to our homestay was fantastic. The visit toCu Chi Tunnels will also be unforgetable. The opportunities were fantastic. The homestayin Sapa was well worth it and we probably had the best meal provided out ofthe whole trip. |
